Submitting payment is indicating your agreement to these terms & conditions

- You are self responsible. You are using your own inner authority to make this purchase for yourself. As such, NO REFUNDS are given unless circumstances meet what is stated below.

- Should I feel the service needs to be cancelled, you will be notified & a refund will be issued. (minimum 24 hours notice)

- Should you feel the program has served its purpose or is no longer a good fit, one of your sessions will be used to discuss this with me. If both parties agree parting ways is in the best interest and service of everyone a partial refund will be issued.

- Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of our mutual agreement to get started unless we have explicitly made a different timeline. After 48 hours your spot cannot be guaranteed and may be given to someone else.

- Payment plan payments must be made for every 2 (two) calls before they are held  

- All sessions must be scheduled & completed within 1 (one) month from when your payment was submitted.

- No call, no show sessions are forfeited and will not be rescheduled

- Sessions must be cancelled/rescheduled by you & a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

- If cancellation notice is less than 24 hours (pending a communicated last minute emergency) the session is forfeited  

- Discounts for purchasing multiple programs are not available.

- In-person components are a separate arrangement and an additional cost. Details are solidified and agreed upon via email. Due to the reservation needed for an in-person space, there are no refunds for the purchase of in-person sessions/retreats/events.

- COME TO SESSIONS PREPARED. Have clarity on the gist of the situation that you'd like to focus on in your session. Sessions are not a place to chit chat or share with no intention or focus or for the sake of venting.
